Returns Policy

If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s Bergen Street Goods are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below terms and guidelines to be eligible to make a return. Please note we are unable to offer refunds.

Terms and Guidelines

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your items.

Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached and in its original packaging. If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to deny your return.

Items can only be returned for store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us immediately so we may arrange a replacement or provide you with a refund. 


Return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense. Standard shipping is complimentary when posting exchange items back to the customer for those residing in Australia. 

Please note that goods are the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Bergen Street Goods, We will not be able to provide a store credit/exchange for items not received or lost in transit. We recommend returning items to us with tracked shipping.

Email to advise you are returning an item. We will guide you through the necessary steps and provide any additional information required. 

Australian Consumer Law

At Bergen Street Goods, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your rights as a consumer are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The ACL provides certain guarantees that apply to the products we sell, ensuring that the products you purchase from us are of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and matches the description provided. 

Our returns policy is designed to work in conjunction with your rights under the ACL. Whilst we may offer store credit or exchanges for certain situations, these remedies do not replace your rights under the ACL. If the products you receive do not meet the consumer guarantees, you are entitled to remedy, which may include a refund, repair or replacement.
